Team WOD - 40min AMRAP

  • 100 DU
  • 50 cals
  • 100 sit ups
  • 50 box jumps
  • 100 press ups
  • 50 wall balls - 9/6kg

Every 5min both partners complete 5 hang squat cleans each @ 50/35kg. P1 must complete 5 before P2 completes their 5 reps.
