I joined East Durham Fitness 18 months ago after I was recommended by a friend. I had a taster session and the following month I signed up. I love the classes and although I tend to stick to the same type of class I never get bored as they are constantly varied.

I started to train at East Durham Fitness when it opened over 2 years ago. I've always enjoyed going to the gym after work but training here is something totally different!

The Functional Training is a great way of training to build strength as well as fitness as well as having a laugh. I particularly enjoy the weight lifting elements over the cardio but it's great to work on everything! I leave every session feeling covered in sweat ... and chalk!

I also utilise open gym before or after classes to compliment my training.
