East Durham Fitness Shred is a 6-week Transformation Programme combining 3 x exercise sessions per week alongside an individualised nutrition plan.

What does the 6-week programme involve?
Exercise
You will attend 3 x exercise sessions per week in our studio at East Durham Fitness.
If you’re new to exercise, don’t worry! All exercises can be adapted to suit your current level of fitness. Our coaches are friendly and approachable.
Nutrition
We'll provide you with 6 weeks of individualised nutrition coaching to achieve weight loss and increased energy levels. You'll achieve your goals without the need to be hungry or, more importantly, cut out all your favourite foods.
We encourage you to follow a healthy nutrition plan that is not only achievable but also sustainable.
Support
It is important to us that you feel comfortable and supported throughout the programme. Upon signing up, you will be allocated with a mentor who will provide you with unlimited support via email, telephone and our private Facebook group.
You will be coached by our expert staff who are highly qualified in both exercise and nutrition. We will introduce you to a group of like-minded people who are motivated to embark on the same journey to achieve their goals.
Accountability
Making a goal public can increase the likelihood of success. The programme requires you check in on Facebook at each session that you attend.
