Our first in-house competition of 2025.

All athletes will enter the event as an individual. 

Before the start of each workout, names will be drawn out of a hat for who you will partner up with for that workout. Each workout will be scored with the winning team, both athletes scoring 1 point, 2nd place team both scoring 2 points etc. This process will be repeated for each workout until all workouts are completed. The athletes with the lowest total point will make it onto our podium. 

£25 per individual entry

Open to both members & none members

Exact timings will be released in due course but the event will run approx from 9-3pm
