Event starts at 8am, heats will run every 10mins until 12:30.

8:00 to 9:30am FEMALE / FEMALE
9:40 to 11:00 MALE / MALE
11:10am to 12:30 MIXED

You will be contacted prior to the event with a full race briefing and race rules. This will be sent out the week of the event. 

Tickets are £20 per team and open to members and non-members.
